The nenflex swr coupling has been developed to get rid of bolt extraction problems normally encountered in bolted spacer couplings. This device has a double cardanic design that offers greater latitude in assembly and misalignment capability. The special twin arrangement of the snap-wrap inserts shields the equipment from shock and provides radial replacement of the drive inserts without disturbing the drive system. The standard spacer couplings are made of high strength low weight aluminium alloy. The snap-wrap inserts manufactured from fras [fire retardant and anti-static] compound can be supplied against special order. Also available are the couplings in ready to install finish bores as per iso-fit h7 and keyways are also available. These special couplings are mainly used in general drives, back pull-out pumps and compressors, hydraulics and machinery where quick disconnection between drives is needed.
